Investing in fine art portraits of your pet is a special experience. Here you will find answers to our most common questions about the process, our sessions, and the final artwork. Our goal is to provide complete clarity so you can feel confident and excited every step of the way.
How do I book my session?
Booking is simple. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your session date on our calendar. This payment is applied toward the total price of your chosen collection, and the remaining balance is due the day of your session.
Will you travel to us?
Absolutely. Our Location Collection is specifically designed for sessions at a meaningful place of your choosing. We serve the entire Metro-Phoenix area and will bring our professional, studio-quality lighting and equipment tailored to create beautiful portraits at your home or favorite park. For sessions outside this area, we're happy to provide a custom travel quote.
Where is your studio located?
Our private and dedicated portrait studio is located in our home in Anthem, AZ, just north of Phoenix. We've designed the space to be a calm, quiet, and controlled environment, which is perfect for creating a stress-free experience for your dog. does my dog need to be well behaved?
In order to attain the best results, it is ideal that your pup is comfortable with "strangers", and is able to sit and stay on command.
How long will the session take?
The length of your session is determined by the collection you choose. Our Studio Collection includes a focused one-hour session. Our Location Collection is a more immersive two-hour experience. This expanded timeframe allows us ample time for setup and, most importantly, gives your dog the space to become comfortable with us and our equipment in their own environment. This patient, un-rushed approach is the key to creating truly authentic portraits.
when will I receive my edited photos?
Within two weeks after your session, we will invite you to your virtual Portrait Reveal. This is where you will see your dog's beautiful portraits for the first time, and have the opportunity to use your artwork credit towards stunning wall art. Your final, retouched digital images are delivered shortly after this appointment.
